Livery and Facilities.

Our family run business has been offering quality livery for horses and ponies for over 30 years. Borlum hosts spectacular riding country, a large indoor school with lights, Martin Collins surface, two outdoor arenas, on the shores of Loch Ness and only 20 minutes from Inverness!

The hacking on our own 400 acres is wonderful, and we also have access to neighbouring land, making for a marvellous variety of rides including Loch Ness Bay itself. 

For those looking to brush up on your jumping skills, there are poles/wings/blocks available for use in the indoor and outdoor arenas.

Why not take advantage of all we offer and bring your own horse on holiday too! Temporary livery can be provided if you are coming to the area for a competition or holiday.

We offer top quality livery services and grazing for your horse/pony. Various levels of livery can be provided according to how much time you have to look after your horse yourself. Prices depend on the size and type of your horse and on how much assistance you require. Please contact us for a detailed price list.

We also offer lessons on your own horse with our resident and highly experienced Instructor, Pauline Corker who is BHS, RDA and TRSS qualified.
